- Rework of Gordian's automation framework, resulting in a shift from 1-3 down days a month to zero downtime (outside of scheduled maintenance windows)
- Refactor of eligibility processing routines that reduced processing times for large files from days to less than two hours from receipt (approximately 3 million records in around an hour)
- Creation of a lightweight, AJAX-enabled generic questionnaire engine designed to replace labor-intensive legacy system with a tool that requires almost zero developer input, ultimately resulting in winning client bids due to increased flexibility
